Everything Changes

The more messed up this world gets, the more God makes sense.

Life In General

That used to be the name of this blog. But recently I have come to terms with the fact that "everything changes" and that's okay with me. So, I have done some house cleaning and decided that it is time to move on. How? Where? Dunno, exactly. But I have to start somewhere, right? And updates on this blog just felt like the right place to begin.

Most likely, especially since the popularity of Facebook, no one actually reads this blog. But that's okay too. Because blogging, or journaling, is mostly personal. Yes, the Internet has changed that dynamic in a considerable way, but the fact still remains that writing down your thoughts (whether privately or publicly) has an element of healing connected to it. It is refreshing to get certain things off your chest (and out of your head).

So let the healing begin. Because everything changes. Your job, your friends, your place of residence, your family - nothing is immune to change. And when it is all said and done, and when everything has changed dramatically, we can still rise to the occasion and move forward.

And we will.

Hi, your blog is still on a feed I get so it was nice to 'hear' from you.

Things are changing for me too. I'm about to lose my job :( but it will be interesting to see what doors open up.

Thanks Susan! I appreciate you taking the time to say hi! You are one of the few blogs that remains in my "favorites" list!
